Terms of Service

Pro plans are billed monthly and renew automatically on the same date each month. Your card on file will be charged unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You can cancel at any time through the customer portal — no phone calls, no hoops. After cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then downgrades to Free.

Unused videos don't carry over after a subscription lapses. If you cancel and later resubscribe, you start fresh.

We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months — if you've been billed for a cycle, that cycle is paid.

That said, we're reasonable. If you were charged due to a technical error on our end, or you forgot to cancel and haven't used the service that month, reach out within 7 days of the charge and we'll sort it out.

You agree not to use ListJourney to:

• Upload or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on someone else's rights.
• Resell, sublicense, or expose our AI video generation as a standalone API service to third parties.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract our underlying models or infrastructure.
• Automate account creation or use the service in a way that degrades performance for other users.

Violating these terms may result in immediate account termination without a refund.

Every video on ListJourney is generated by AI. That means the output can be imperfect — rooms may look slightly different from the source photo, motion may not always be smooth, and occasionally a generation will miss the mark entirely.

We don't guarantee that any video will meet a specific standard of quality, accurately represent a property, or be suitable for any particular use (including MLS listings, where accuracy standards may apply). You are responsible for reviewing videos before publishing or sharing them.

You own the videos you generate from your own photos. We don't claim any rights over your output.

We work hard to keep ListJourney running, but we don't make any guarantees about uptime, availability, or how fast your videos will render. AI generation depends on third-party infrastructure that is occasionally slow or unavailable.

We're not liable for any losses caused by downtime, generation failures, or delays.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we'll let you know by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
